How to create the perfect smoothie bowl đ„!

Smoothie bowls are everywhere at the moment, but have you tried this delicious trend?

If you have not already, then you are missing out! The wonderful thing about the smoothie bowl is that there are so many variations! They are perfect for breakfast, or just a yummy snack! Here are our tips for making the perfect smoothie bowl-
Add 3 - 4 of your favourite FROZEN fruit (like strawberries, mango, apples, bananas etc).
Then add two tbsp of milk (go for coconut, almond, or low-fat to keep it healthy).
Then blend it all together and pour your smoothie into a bowl. You could just use a ceramic bowl, but the bamboo bowls do look really nice. If you are unsure where to find them, here is our list of the best bamboo bowls -

You don't need to use a bowl though, you could use an ordinary glass or upcycle a mason jar.
