Am I drinking enough water 🧊?
Many people believe they are drinking enough water, but what actually is the right amount of water to drink and can you drink too much?

The correct amount of water to drink per day is-
11.5 cups (2.7 litres) a day for women.
15.5 cups (3.7 litres) a day for men.
But water doesn't have to be boring, you could add lemons, ice, mint, strawberries, or even a fancy straw!
